DELIVERY

Our products are sent via our preferred courier service that delivers between 9am to 5pm weekdays. All deliveries require a signature so if you are unable to take delivery in person then please contact us with an alternative address and contact telephone number. In the event of nobody being in when your goods are delivered our preferred courier services may deliver either to a neighbour or leave you a card with details of how to collect it from your local depot.

Delivery times are dependant on where you live and our stock levels, although we do our best to minimise delays in our delivery service we cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). No orders will be received between Christmas and New Year. Delivery costs to England, Scotland & Wales (UK Mainland only) will vary depending on weight and amount of items ordered.

Please be aware that in some rare situations products may be shipped to you in instalments.

For UK offshore destinations or destinations outside the UK Mainland, please e-mail us with details of the items you would like to purchase and we will calculate the postage for you.

For Christmas delivery please allow for a much greater delivery time.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We offer to you the assurance that if you are not completely satisfied with a product bought from our online store, then you will receive a full refund on receipt of the returned goods.

Return postage will be at the expense of the customer unless item is faulty.

If customers are returning items, then it is their responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to Honey Pots in a satisfactory condition.


The only conditions are:

That both the goods & packaging must be in a resalable condition. 

The original sales receipt is enclosed with the returned goods.

The goods reach us within 14 days of sale.

Scissors or sharp blades must not be used in opening the boxes as damaged caused by the use of these items on the enclosed goods will not be refunded as this will be seen as damage by the customer.
